Live like a puppet

I have not been writing for long time. I guess lost my interest of having free will? Well that's not the case. I am becoming more busy to fulfill other people's wish. Ha! Life is fulfilling other people wish. I saw the movie the hours last week. At some point Meryl Streep was saying, we live for other people, that's what we all do. Interesting? Are we really living for other people. It's an very interesting question. Why do we live? Religion says we live for gods, biology says we live for reproduction, society says we live for other people! Nobody really care about myself, it feel like I have no will. Everyone is racing for fare share of my life except me.

Where is my part then? Well some people even think I am nothing but combination of all of them. So, all the things that I used to thought are imposed by other people are actually my wish! I guess those are ward created to make us feel better. But in reality we have no will, let alone free will.

Puppet’s software venture

So our puppet decided to try software. Puppet got a programable calculator when he was kid. I am not sure whether it has anything to do with his software venture or not; he used to like programming. And his logic about machine was crystal clear. He thinks he can predicts machine behavior better than most people. So he decided to pursue software.

He used to think making softwares is same as making something alive. He enjoyed the thrill of creation. Early days he used to spend most of his time making programs. Then one day he realizes there is a world outside this computer screen, so he decided to move on leaving the computer behind. But he could not left computer entirely. Computers came back into his life over and over again. After all this is what he is extremely good at.

When money came into the scene it took the place of his fun. But our puppet still loves programming, let say, not just all part of it. Within very short time he got quite some fame in software industry but at the cost of his free will. So here is our puppet again in pursuit of free will.

Rambling puppet

This is the beginning of an untold story of a puppet. A story never heard before. Once upon a time there was a puppet. The puppet used to think he is an intelligent, hardworking and sociable man. He thinks he has free will.

Do you know what is free will? It is the will to something freely. Poor puppet! He didn't know there is nothing called freedom in a man’s life. Especially if the guy is trapped in the career building business. Our puppet is even un fortunate. Everybody of his family has high hopes on him. Slowly he realizes there is nothing called free will. But our rebellious puppet don’t buy that so easily. One day he left home in search of freedom. This his story, untold. This is a puppet story who is in pursuit of his free will.
